Franchisee has allowed hotel to fall into disrepair. Serious maintenance issues and low quality toiletries and failure to inspect and upkeep rooms.

The staff was perfect…friendly and professional. The room was also very nice and appears recently updated. Honestly, this has been one of the best hotel experience I have had in years
