We stayed one night at this hotel and it was horrible there was no hot water the shower barely worked the water wouldn't even come out of the shower hardly we went to the front desk ask several times to switch rooms and we was told that it wouldn't do any good that the whole hotel water was cold and the night shift front desk guy told us he would refund part of our money that we paid for the room he said he would put a note to let them know to refund part of our money that we paid for the room well we went to check out the next morning and she didnt refund part of our money on the price of the room she said no one told her and also we had a room that had blood on ttbe walls it was just a nasth hotel and the customer sefvkce is very poor I would not recomme and no one staying at thjs hotel it ks nasty and u cant take a shower cause there is no hot watser at all and they are very rude i dont gjve this place no stars at all

Before checking in, I drove around the building and noticed it was damaged in several places. The windows surrounding the indoor pool area were popped out in places. The pool appears that it has not been functional for quite some time. When checking in, the lobby was not air-conditioned and was stifling hot. After locating my room, I inspected the environment and determined it was not a safe place for me to stay. The air conditioning was not working inside the hotel. None of the hall units were plugged in. The room did not appear to have air conditioning in them. I returned my things to my vehicle and went to the front desk. The clerk said there was air conditioning and that it was a wall unit. I did not see any of these. He then showed me to a room with an air conditioner. That is when I saw the pool area, which was not functional. I was traveling with my brachycephalic service animal, who cannot protect me if he is experiencing heat stroke. The hotel did not offer me a refund or seem concerned with safety. It was 86 degrees outside and hotter inside this hotel.

0 stars! My newborn and I got a last minute room late at night and it was disgusting! Wanted so bad to leave but we didn’t have the option. There was POOP on the fitted sheet! Yes POOP! And everything was nasty. The air wouldn’t stay on for more than 2 minutes so it was so hot and there was no tv remote or working plugs. Oh and there’s no WiFi. Shady guests everywhere at weird hours too. Seriously do not stay here.
