CROWNE PLAZA

This review is really a shout out to Tamara who was working the front end. We stayed on July 11-12. We had issues initially checking in and got double charged. After a shift change, Tamara had relieved the individual who checked us in and got our billing issue fixed. If it hadn't been for her help, our weekend would have been shot. Also, for some reason the National Guard was everywhere and woke us up beating our door at like four in the morning. They claimed there was a noise complaint for our room. I was on the 3rd floor and they were on the 11th so I don't know what the hell they were talking about.

You cannot really fault this place, clean, super comfy beds, great staff

Stayed here for three nights during a vacation in Memphis. Hotel needs a little tlc in the rooms and corridors but all in all we enjoyed our stay. Shout out to Amber in the bar, always cheery and welcoming and full of local knowledge. While we were there there were 300 national guard staying so hotel was definitely safe. Guys were a pleasure to mix with and for us brits gave us a lot of good local information. Hotel is a 10 min Lyft ride to Beale street.
