If it wasn't for Ricky, the maintenance guy, it would've been a disaster. Management was decent. When the cleaning ladies wouldn't, he would. Even outside his duty. Very respectable young man. If everyone had his work ethic the hotel wouldn't be 2 stars!

I booked a week long stay at the InTown Suites Murfreesboro via Priceline the afternoon of arrival. Arrived at 10 p.m., and the night manager stated they had no paperwork or key for the reservation and would not allow the check in. When we enquired the following day with the day manager as to what happened, they informed us that because we did not arrive by 6 P.M. (!!!) our reservation had been CANCELLED. What hotel cancels your reservation because you haven't shown up by SIX O'CLOCK??? I'll add that we were not called or emailed with any notification that the room was being cancelled. So unless you have a convenient three hour window from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. that YOU are available to check in to this hotel on the arrival date, I seriously advise to book elsewhere as they will cancel your reservation with NO warning, leaving you scrambling to find another hotel at the end of your day.

This place smells so strongly of cigarettes. When I got off the elevator on our floor my eyes started burning. The room was so bad I had to switch because I felt like I was swallowing an ashtray every time I breathed in. The second room was better but every surface was sticky with leftover tar from smokers. I couldn't get a refund so I was stuck there for a whole week. Never again.
