Friendly hotel, clean enough, easy to reach. Rooms with two separate French beds but large enough to sleep comfortably in two. Minimal breakfast

BEWARE! DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL OR ANY IN THE SURROUNDING AREA!!! Our vehicle was broken into along with MULTIPLE other vehicles. When we first arrived on Friday evening around dinner time, a police officer stopped my husband when he was gathering our belongings out of our vehicle and said to make sure our vehicle is locked because vehicles have been broken into. There was an F250 and a Ford Explorer parked that had plastic trash bags on the window. This should have been our first red flag but proceeded to stay as we figured this was a rare occurrence since the hotel was very nice and was seemed to be in a good area (so we thought). We proceeded to continue on with our stay and parked our vehicles closer to the front and under cameras and stayed until check out Sunday. We went down stairs to find our vehicles passenger window was broken/missing, the paint on our vehicle was scratched all down the side of our vehicle and our shattered window was thrown into the bushes behind our truck. Our vehicle was also ransacked through the glovebox and center console with glass everywhere. Our vehicle was the very first vehicle parked directly in front of the front lobby/check-in desk. We walked the parking lot and the parking lot had multiple car windows with black plastic trash bags with tape and windows laying on the ground with glass everywhere. Our vehicle did not have a black plastic trash bag on it. We went to the front desk where other hotel guests were speaking with the general manager with the same concerns. She said this is a known ongoing problem and handed us a police report. She said according to their video, 6 people wearing gloves and masks broke into vehicles only looking for guns and money in a total of 4 minutes around 1am. Our friends arrived at the hotel via uber around 1:15am before myself and my husband did (we arrived much later) and said the entire front lobby smelled of marijuana, no one was at the front desk besides a dog tied to a chair (this is a non pet hotel), a vape, iPad, and a lighter on the front desk. At no point during our stay did we ever see any hotel “security” or attendant doing a “parking lot check”. When we went to file a police report, since ours was not included into the original police report that was filed at 3:08am, we were told that our wait time would be 3-5 hours for an officer to come out unless a gun was stolen. Since this has been a known thing by previous reviews going back 2 years ago, you would think there would be better security on site for the safety of the paying hotel guests. I am grateful that my friends, my husband or I did not catch these criminals in the act of breaking into the vehicles as we have no idea what intentions they had, they could have robbed us and not our vehicles! The hotel manager said they will be filing a report with their insurance but their insurance will only “pay out” if the criminals get caught. I asked with the masks and gloves, how likely would that be. She said “they always get caught”. Based on previous reviews it does not seem that corporate cares for the safety of their hotel guests, nor their hotel guest vehicles. I do hope corporate will start taking this seriously and implement on site armed security, rather than having the front desk be the “security” doing sweeps of the parking lot every 30 minutes as she said this all occurred within 4 minutes. I am out several thousands of dollars for repairs to my vehicle as well as my friends vehicle, the other hotel guests as well, and the hours of having to deal with after math of this crime. I also hope that management reviews footage and investigates their night time staff as something about this feels very “off”.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING AT THIS HOTEL! I am a Marriott member and severely disappointed in my experience.

The hotel is in a great location. It's easily accessible to the Nashville airport and is within a few miles of several places to eat. I stay here often when I'm flying out of Nashville. Often times, I've asked to leave my car there while I was traveling and have been able to do so without any hiccups. There website says that parking is $10 per day but, this trip, hotel staff told me there was a $50 fee to leave my car. I was trying to get clarification because I'd called and inquired before my arrival and was told that the fee was, in fact, $10. The team member at the front desk plus the onsite manager insisted that parking would be $50 despite the fact that the website shows something entirely different. They told me I should have booked a park and fly package. I don't even see that package listed on their website so I was even more confused after that. I called Marriott to inquire and they said that the only fee that saw on the hotel's website was the $10 and they even called the front desk to validate; however they insisted the same $50 fee that is not advertised anywhere. Finally, someone with common sense showed up and verified that was advertised on their website is what should have been charged. I told the original team member I would just take my car to the airport since they couldn't provide a consistent answer regarding their parking rates but my bill still reflected the $50 fee, which I hadn't agreed to. The manager onsite corrected by bill for me and fixed everything. The hotel itself is clean and I have nothing but positive things to say about it. I read in another reviewers comments that cars had been broken into and I can personally attest to the fact that during one of my stays, several vehicles did have windows smashed during the night so Im not sure who patrols or monitors the parking lot at night. This visit, they told me they were in the process of having a fence built around it. I would stay here again but I hope they can figure out how to come up with a consistent answer regarding their parking fees. It seems to depend on which team member you speak to.
