As soon as we arrived on our motorcycle within the hotel grounds—if you can even call them that—the dilapidated state of the building and the people staying there immediately caught our eye. In some cases, I suspect people had actually been living in certain rooms for a very long time. It looked like one of those motels you see in movies—the kind where serial killers chop up their victims! It was absolutely UNSETTLING! Naturally, the photos on the Booking.com listing bore no resemblance to reality! The pictures on the website were likely taken many years ago when the building was renovated, or perhaps they had been heavily Photoshopped by a photographer. I had booked a two-night stay, but in the end, I didn't spend a single night there; we literally fled the place just 15 minutes after entering our room. The place was terrifying! There were people sleeping in their cars with their children, and in the room directly across from where that car was parked, there were at least five people living inside—presumably relatives of the woman sleeping in the car with her son. There was a young woman—clearly high on drugs and half-naked—wandering around the hotel grounds. Drug users were sitting right at the entrance to the stairwell on our floor, and another person was sitting on the floor right next to our room door. We tried to act as if we hadn't noticed anything and went inside our room. The moment we stepped inside, we were hit by a terrible stench! It was a foul mix of filth and cigarette smoke—despite the fact that we had specifically booked a non-smoking room! The air conditioning wasn't working—and looked like it was about to fall right off the wall (see photos)—so we couldn't even air out the room, as we couldn't open the door without running into those people loitering right outside! I put my backpack on the bed and went to the bathroom; right away, I noticed there was mold in the grout between the floor tiles in the shower (see photos). After washing my hands, I saw that the towels were dirty—despite being neatly folded! (see photos) I went back to the room, and as I opened my backpack on the bed, I saw that the pillows were stained with black marks—I believe it was mascara (see video). When I moved them aside, I saw that the sheets were completely filthy as well; once I pulled back the covers, there were dozens upon dozens of stains of every type and size. They were everywhere, and they looked like urine, seminal fluid, or even uncleaned blood! My friend's bed was in the exact same state—or perhaps even worse! I recorded videos to document this absolute filth! So, we didn't wait another minute; we went straight down to the reception desk to hand in our keys. I showed the video to the staff member (a young Indian man) and told him that I wouldn't sleep there even if it were free! I then asked him to cancel our reservation and give me my money back. He didn't even attempt to salvage the situation—he didn't try to find us a new room or offer to clean the one we had... he simply said, "I'm sorry about this situation." He then confirmed that the following day (May 1st), he would let me know by 11:00 AM how they intended to handle the refund, after consulting with the management. So, we left and went next door to book a room at the Best Western Hotel—which, naturally, cost twice as much. We had no other choice, as it was already late and we didn't have the time to go searching for a new place. I am absolutely appalled... I have never encountered such disgusting conditions anywhere else in the world! The next day, seeing that by the afternoon we still hadn't heard anything, I tried calling the property at the phone number listed on Booking.com, but they didn't answer—twice. I then contacted Booking, and they told me that I had to resolve the issue directly with the property. So, I tried sending an email to an address for the property that I found online—since none was listed on Booking—but the email bounced back because the address no longer existed. That very evening, I sent a text message to the hotel's number, but received no reply. Realizing, then, that neither the property nor Booking.com was going to help me, I had to open a dispute via PayPal—because I had been scammed! However, it’s going to take some time to get a response. Steer clear of this place; it is truly a case worthy of being featured on the show *Hotel Hell*!

Horrible! bed bags. Dirty sheets had blood on them. Air conditioner broke the cover wasn't even on it.Didn't even stay there. Complete garbage. Wouldn't let my enemies stay there. Shady characters hanging around. Didnt stay long enough to see the prostitutes come and go.Worst hotel ever!

Strange guests who didn't give a good impression and left us feeling insecure. Room, despite not being a smoker, I couldn't sleep with the smell. Mattress smaller than the bed, which is sure to hurt your foot. It's the basics of the basics of the basics. Far from the center. Although economical, it is not worth it.
