Do not stay here. That's the tip. Unless if you like bugs, worms, and roaches! Your father might say "these reviews are not true" but oh trust me, they ARE. WORST HOTEL EVER!

This hotel should be given a wide birth. Dont be influenced by its close location to The Opry, like I was. It should be closed down on health grounds never mind all its safety issues. Woman are not safe to walk through this hotel on there own. They home families through the US welfare system and they will ask for money or sell you cheap jewelery in the lobby. Men will be asked if they want company by the prostitutes living at the hotel. Have made several complaints both through the hotel direct and Wyndham who have this hotel under their brand name. Have had no response. My letter of complaint I have pasted below:- "To Management of Wyndham Ramada Inn and Suites, Nashville. I recently stayed at your hotel for 4 nights from 18th to 22nd October 2024 in room 328. I must tell you I have never stayed at a worse hotel in my life, I did raise some of these points with reception, but these were ignored. On entering the room, the ceiling light did not work and there was a very musty smell. The bedside lamp had a broken switch so would not work and I got an electric shock from it {pic attached}. The TV in the living room stayed on the one channel as the remote did not work and had to be unplugged each evening. The shower had no power at all and would not even rinse the shampoo from my hair. Towels and toiletries had to be asked for each day at reception and the bins in my room were never emptied and bed linen not changed. On my second day I had flea bites on my thighs and lifted the cushions of the couch. The sofa was full of pet hairs {pics attached} and I seen fleas living in the couch. The cushions had pet hairs on them to as well as stains and cigarette burns {pics attached}. When I mentioned this to your staff at reception, I felt very intimidated, and they were not interested in what I was saying. There was a lot of dodgy people walking around the hotel asking for change and cigarettes. I was asked several times by female hotel guests did I want to buy costume jewellery from a cosmetic bag they carried for $5 each. Once this was at the coffee table at the main lobby doors right in front of reception and your staff member Larry. As he did nothing to stop it, I took it these female guests were allowed to do this. I was also approached by a female guest in Pyjamas and asked if I wanted company. An adult man was allowed to rent a room at 11.30 pm with what was clearly an underaged girl wearing a short skirt and little else. No ID on the girl was asked for. There were hookers around the hotel every evening. Do you rent rooms on an hourly rate?? The pool area was derelict with collapsing roof tiles and missing tiles. The pool water was green, and the pool tiles were brown. I did not go for a swim. The hallways had badly stained carpets and walls. Paint, blood, and Vomit stains were evident all over the hallways. Bins overflowed with half eaten food from the breakfast room. The hallways and the way to the pool felt isolated and unsafe, I would not want my daughters or wife to be here alone. I soon learned that there are full time guests living at your hotel on welfare and this caused a lot of problems with their comments and actions towards me. Ranging from “what the f*** are you looking at to” F*** off back to where you come from, like I have said it was frightening and intimidated. I and other guests {tourists} soon witnessed these same people being allowed to raid the breakfast room every morning and carry food to their rooms. Leaving no bread, butter. Or any food apart from waffles for other guests. On Sunday 20th October 24 I as well as other guests complained to reception that there was no food in the breakfast room for us to eat. He replied there is no bread or butter and packaged Honey buns etc. the batter mix for the waffles was empty. Both coffee pots were empty. The hot water was empty. And there was no milk or cereal available. He brought out frozen sausage and egg croissants and hard-boiled eggs. We were told to heat these up in the microwave A lot of us had had enough and went to reception to complain. The receptionist there said there was nothing he can do and clearly didnt care. A lot of guests were asking for refunds and were very angry. Then we all witnessed young children and teenagers carrying the food that was left out back to there rooms and again leaving nothing for us to eat, this was at 8.30 on the Sunday morning. Later, that morning I approached reception and said I was not happy with my stay or room, receptions reply was nothing we can do. The owners need to decide are they a welfare hotel. Giving the homeless a roof over their heads or a tourist hotel wanting to spend their money, but only in a good hotel. This hotel needs gutted and revamped as no Tourist would want to stay here. I paid $442 for my 4 nights stay and would like a full refund paid back onto my card. You seriously need to review your maintenance, staff training and what kind of guests you allow to stay at your hotel" Avoid this hotel at all cost, pay that little bit extra and stay somewhere better in a better area.

I have been traveling and staying at hotels my whole life...this is the worst I have ever stayed at. The good things is it appears to be in a safe neighborhood and the location is great, but that is where it stops. Pain is chipping off the walls and doors, the window trim is moldy and falling off. The room was infested with bugs of all types, Roaches were running around the bathroom and the sink area, sliding in and out of the edging. Smaller bugs were flying around the room. The lighting fixtures were badly tarnished and the ceiling lights had no covering, just a old brown bulb. The TV worked on and off. Due to staff issues, a large pile of dirty towels layed outside by room for one full day. Wall sockets are falling out of the wall...I can go on. Do not stay here! The free breakfast could have been good but it was a dirty mess! Ish!
