M Star Hotel Nashville Airport

Room did not have any conditioner. Very dirty. Thankfully only here to sleep.

Disgusting, unsafe and filthy "hot sheets motel". Do not, I repeat, DO NOT stay here. FIlthy dirty and so gross. Room smelled like cigarettes, dirty clothes strewn about outside, tub was peeling and the finish was coming off, and the bathroom did not have a functional light, which meant we would be showering in the pitch black. Additionally, they clearly state an "Airport Shuttle" which is one of the primary reasons I booked this accommodation. I have attached a screenshot of the listing where you can clearly see "Airport Shuttle" is a listed amenity. Upon check in, I asked about how to make arrangements for the "airport shuttle" to get us to the airport the following day. The person at the front desk informed me the "Airport Shuttle" was ME ordering my OWN Lyft, Uber, or Taxi Service to get MYSELF to the airport. Clearly, this is not what "Airport Shuttle" means. So in addition to the filthy, dirty, MOTEL, they also falsely advertised this property as having an amenity they CLEARLY DO NOT OFFER. With frustration, I confronted the person at the front desk about this major discrepancy, he kinda shrugged and said, "the airport is only four miles away." The airport is NOT "four miles away" and even if it were ONE HUNDRED miles away, that's not the point. The point is I needed an airport shuttle included with the price of my room and there was none!! If you enjoy an insanely disgusting accommodation and don't mind indulging in a game of "what's that stain"...then by all means, go ahead and book. If that's not for you, stay FAR AWAY!

To say my expectations were not met would be an understatement. There is not even a lobby, much less a banquet room for the "free hot Breakfast". Additionally, the swimming pool was empty with no evidence that it was even being repaired. To top everything off, this hotel is directly on the flight line for departing aircraft from the airport. The room was clean enough, but the phone was not functional. Not the experience I expected, to say the least! I DO NOT recommend this hotel!
