Americana Inn & Suites

I am extremely disappointed with this hotel and the way my family was treated. I paid in advance for a 9-day stay for my son and his son.after 3days the hotel put them out leaving them without a place to stay. We were told that a $100 deposit was needed at check in ( something they failed to mention when I purchased the room). The attendant on call said he would waive the deposit because the only card my son had didn't have any money on it. Despite the hotel ending the stay they refused to refund any of money for the remaining 6 days saying it smelled so bad they would be unable to rent it for next 6 days. I would not recommend this hotel at all based on their experience.

Room - Hideous and Vile. I always check mattresses before laying down. Under side appeared to have Either Vomit or someone defecated on the corner (large caked stained spot and maybe mold) - Also along edge of bed Never Cleaned up. - Could not leave only room left and we scheduled via Booking.com. Took my Son to Rod Run. - Bathroom light was extremely dim and exhaust fan did not come on. Two attempts with two remotes / batteries did not work and the Tv Channel hard plastic List was very incorrect. - The free breakfast was free for 3 Pancakes at a neighboring Pancake House (shout out to service there and clean!) unlike hotel grounds. Ramps to each floor worn carpet stained, slick. Smoking in front of rooms which blow into our NonSmoking Rooms was allowed. Rental local electric sit down and stand up scooters were allowed on each flood walkway creating safety hazard. Parking was so tight and squeezed. Corner where bldg L shapes Visible in parking lot trashy. - Manager seemingly didnt care. 2nd shift manager apologized and main manager next day said Sorry, Call Booking.com. Cant get a person there. Highly Over rated cost. Location was perfect but it was rundown. The Pic on Internet of front entrance is deceiving. Floors were crinkly and warped in our room. - DO NOT Waste your money and the fact They Only At Some point simply Flipped the Mattress instead of replacing is RIDICULOUS! SICKENING! DISGUSTING! had I not drove 5 hours already I would have called health dept and Left that place! Still No Reply Emailing Red Roof via Booking.com. Rod Run for my son was a success but the hotel is sick and very unprofessional environment. . I have a Pic to prove it. Still no reply on refund! The Pic Does Not Capture the Size and Funk and caked whatever it was before 9/19/26

There's bed bugs! Rooms are dirty. They don't clean them.
