Stayed here for just one night, place to sleep, didn't need a bunch of frills. The room was clean, did have a slight musty smell when we entered but overall was pretty decent. The blackout shades did block the light however they were very hard to close and had to be held together with a hanger to stay shut. The bed was okay, little on the firm side for me and I woke up feeling it for sure. The sink mirror was really neat with adjustable brightness, color, and heat so it didnt fog, but the faucet kinda splattered everywhere. The fan in the bathroom was connected to the bathroom light and it sounded like a jet was gonna take off. Breakfast was typical, instant eggs, questionable sausage, breads of variety, waffles you make, juice, cereal, the lot though i will say I just got coffee. No swimming pool for those who care. Overall not a bad place to stay but not the best place either. Would probably stay here again if I needed to crash and other options weren't available.

Pros: Location is good, close to attractions, and felt safe. Room was updated. A/C worked well, as did the refrigerator (no little freezer section) and microwave. Shower stall instead of tub/shower combo, which I like, but the sliding shower door did make access a little less easy if you have limited mobility. Handy coat hooks on the wall (BUT no closet-- bring your own hangers if you want to hang more than 1 thing per hook!).
CONS: First and foremost, the shower stall was in desperate need of new caulking. The caulking in there was moldy, crumbling, black and disgusting. Worse, each time the shower was used, some of that moldy caulking came off and ended up around our feet! That's not okay. There were also long black hairs on the bathroom floor behind the door when we arrived, so the cleaning could have been better.
Second, there's just not adequate parking, especially for HANDICAPPED guests (1 space per side of the hotel). There are also very few curb cuts to get wheelchairs up onto the raised level to enter the room doors. You might have to go to the front of the hotel, where the entry is at ground level, and work your way around to your room door. I had to do that one night when an inconsiderate arriving guest parked RIGHT ON THE ONLY RAMP on our side of the hotel "just for a few minutes" to unload. Convenient for him, but not so much for anyone actually in need of the ramp to reach the room level.
Third, I had booked an accessible room and they called the day of arrival to tell us they were "having problems with it" and couldn't put us in it. I agreed to accept a regular room BUT stated my need to be on the ground floor. The staff member said, "Oh, but we have elevators." More than once. FYI, those of us in wheelchairs can't safely be assigned to rooms on upper floors because, in an emergency or power outage situation, we're stuck & would have to wait to be rescued. She finally listened long enough for me to explain that, and did assign us a ground floor room which I appreciated. I guess that means there's only ONE accessible room?
Fourth, the beds in this room were insanely tall. I'm 5'3 and had trouble getting up onto them. We slept okay on them, but I'm really not okay with needing to pole vault into the bed! And our grandchildren basically needed a ladder to get into bed.
Bottom line, it was adequate if not the greatest. I would have given them 4 stars if the bathroom had been cleaned well and that shower stall caulking was fixed.

Well, the pictures definately make the place look alot better than real life. The good, Bed was comfy except the sheets didn't fit and would not stay on bed as they was too big. Had a big tv with lots of channels to choose from. Thats the end of the good unfortunately.
Hotel and room very dated and run down. Carpets were filthy. Shower head was broken. Door was mounted backwards, could not reach in to turn water on adjust temperature, had to just jump in and hope you got it right fast to avoid freezing or scalding.
Curtains were broken, could not close all the way, had to buy clips to hold them closed.
Carpets were filthy, turned our feet black. Stains on chair and furniture looked ancient. No closet space to put anything, had to leave suitcases and clothing laying out. Also room is very small.
Now for the really bad..... Room was very loud and not at all soundproof. was woke up early every morning from dumpsters being emptied or food trucks delivering food next door. There is also a go cart track next door and it sounded like they was in the room with us til midnight and later.
Parking lot is really small and tight with not enough spots for the hotel. only 2 handicap spots on the side with the only elevator and 2 on opposite side which were a good way away from the elevator.
Hotel is supposed to be smoke free, however every time we would leave or return from the room, we had to walk through people smoking in the hallways. 1 guest was sitting out drinking and smoking pot every night.
Maint did a poor job, there was trash left in hallway that was there for 5 straight days and never touched.
Breakfast was watered down gravy from a can, they must have added water to it as it was so thin it was like water. Biscuits were frozen and thawed and ice cold. Eggs were powdered and the sausage was fozen pre cooked, 1 saving grace was the make your own waffles.
was provided 1 roll of toilet paper for 3 people, 5 days. had to keep going back daily and was only given 1 each time.
