⭐ ⭐ 2 stars — and honestly that feels generous. I literally JUST checked into this WoodSpring Suites and already regret it. The room looks absolutely terrible. This is not a situation where I’m being picky about outdated furniture or expecting a luxury hotel — I’m talking about basic cleanliness and the room being in acceptable, working condition. And then, almost immediately after checking in, a plumber had to be sent to my room because the toilet was clogged. 🤦‍♀️ Imagine paying for a hotel room, walking in, seeing the condition of the place, and then having a plumber show up because the toilet doesn’t even work properly. And before anyone says, “Well, it’s non-refundable” — that is not an excuse to provide a room that is unacceptable. Non-refundable should not mean “you paid us, so now you’re stuck here regardless of the condition of the room.” I’ve barely been here and I’m already dealing with maintenance issues. That is NOT the experience I paid for. If this is what WoodSpring considers guest-ready, they need to seriously rethink their standards. Save yourself the headache. I would not recommend this place. Edit * I complained about the condition of the room, and instead of actually resolving the issue properly, I was offered a different room. And the photos attached to this review are PHOTOS OF THE ROOM THEY WANT TO MOVE ME INTO. Look at the refrigerator. Look at the grime and staining around the edges and seals. Look at the buildup around the toilet. So apparently the solution to being unhappy with one dirty room is to offer me another dirty room. 😭 I understand this is an extended-stay/budget property. I am NOT expecting a luxury resort. I am expecting a clean room with functioning plumbing. That is the bare minimum. And before anyone says “it’s non-refundable” — a non-refundable reservation should not mean a hotel can give you a room that isn’t properly cleaned or maintained and then expect you to just accept it. I took these pictures immediately because I wanted documentation of exactly what I was being offered as a replacement room. The photos speak for themselves. I have barely been here and I’m already dealing with maintenance problems, cleanliness issues, and now being offered another room in this condition. WoodSpring seriously needs to reevaluate its cleaning, maintenance, and room-inspection standards. EDIT^^^ Google Review — Updated 8/19/26 ⭐ 1 star for the room — but updating this because management ultimately worked with me. 🥹💕 However, I do want to give credit where credit is due. 🙌 The next morning, 8/19/26, before they even opened, Crystal worked with me and genuinely tried her best to rectify the situation. Ultimately allowed me to leave and worked with me rather than simply telling me “non-refundable” and refusing to help. I still stand by my concerns about the condition of the rooms I was shown, and I hope the property addresses the cleaning and maintenance issues because guests should be able to check into a room that is clean and ready to stay in. But I also want to be fair: once management had the opportunity to address the situation, they did work with me and made an effort to make things right. I appreciate that.

Booking was easy! I was planning a valentines surprise and Stephanie was the one I spoke to at the front desk and she made sure everything was to my liking and explained where everything was and made sure to let me know how to get ahold of her or anyone if I had ANY problem! I WILL be recommending them in the future! Customer service was AMAZING!

Front desk used our card to pay for someone else's room and they couldn't tell us how or why it happened. It's been 3 months and we've been given nothing but excuses as to why no refund has been given. Unfortunately I'll be filing a police report today as they still have not fixed the situation. I wouldn't stay here or trust them with your credit card information, they're clearly very incapable of good customer service when they make an error.
