Comfort Inn

My brother and I visited this motel with the thought of staying one night as it was close to where we needed to be, after changing motels to a place on the north airport Dallas and realizing we were in literally hell, I contacted comfort inn and spoke to a man named Jonsey! We were in a situation were I didnt have my credit card but I could pay online for the room, most motels have a policy that say no card. No room, that man came in clutch for my brother and I, I really appreciate what he did for us! Stayed an extra 4 nights. I wish the housekeeping would had visited more than that one time but other than that I again appreciate what this motel did for my brother and I!

Google reviews are more recent than these older TA reviews. This hotel is nearly finished with renovations. Sheetrock walls are patched everywhere. Painting in hallways is still ongoing. New hard floors in rooms. Bed was comfortable. AC worked well and quiet. Old bathroom tub should be changed. Large room was newly painted although some repairs are still needed. Holes in the wall!! Debbie at check in was friendly enough although she said the bottled water was available INSTEAD of points. What? No thanks!!These have ALWAYS been for Choice Privileges members. Breakfast is the standard items but in the smallest room ever for a hotel. Not kept up well. On a Sunday , coffee was empty for a long time. " Ran out" of milk, Dirty tables. When attendant FINALLY came out she wiped them with some dry napkins and the same cloth with no spray cleaner!!! For $142,00 , I'll put that money toward a better hotel next time!!

This was an old, tired hotel. Not very clean, and in disrepair. We just needed a place to sleep for the night. We should have paid the extra $25 for another hotel. It was not worth saving the money. The bed was comfortable, pillows lumpy. The gal at the front desk was friendly.
