My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency Dallas and would gladly stay here again. The hotel offers beautiful accommodations, and the views were absolutely amazing—one of the highlights of our visit. The staff provided top-tier service from check-in to check-out, always being friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping the room clean and comfortable throughout my stay. The location was another major advantage. It was conveniently situated near every attraction we visited, making it easy to explore the city without spending much time traveling. The only minor drawback was a noticeable odor when entering and exiting the hotel. Fortunately, it did not affect the room or the overall quality of our stay. Overall, the Hyatt Regency Dallas is a beautiful hotel with exceptional service, outstanding views, and a convenient location. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dallas.

As Hyatt Globalists, we’ve stayed at many Hyatt properties, and Hyatt Regency Dallas is now one of our favorites! What made this stay truly unforgettable was the incredible hospitality from Michelle Tagovailoa and the amazing front desk team. Michelle went above and beyond to make our family feel genuinely welcomed. Her kindness, attention to detail, and thoughtful surprises for our kids made their trip even more magical. It’s rare to experience such personalized service, and it made us feel like valued guests from the moment we arrived. The hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable, the location is perfect for exploring Dallas, and every interaction with the staff was warm and professional. A heartfelt thank you to Michelle and the entire front desk team for creating such wonderful memories for our family. We can’t wait to return!
