Crackheads will steal your wheels, headlights and taillights. I experienced this. The manager wouldn’t even comp a free night after I returned from the airport, and for a rewards member. Avoid this place.

Car was stolen in broad daylight. Management was no help at all. Couldn’t get a straight answer from anyone. Manager that finally can on duty didn’t try to help in any way.

From the check-in to the checkout and using the shuttle twice, I couldn’t have asked for a more enjoyable stay anywhere . Every employee that I came in contact with was very polite and helpful. I would definitely stay here again when using love field airport I would like to thank everyone at the Holiday Inn for the enjoyable stay
