Wingate Dallas Love Field

This hotel sucks we had to leave early and we called them they hung up immediately no good air beds so uncomfortable the hot tub was green and cold the pool of fine I guess my tip is never come here it sucks and gross

DO NOT BOOK HERE VERY UNSAFE!!!!!!! right next to lots of strip clubs and we only stayed one night and got our truck window smashed and everything stolen out. “24” hour front desk watch but nobody was there to see the break in and the workers did not help at all and was weird about showing us camera footage. Rooms were so dirty and we had to ask for different blankets without burn holes and brown stains. Looks NOTHING like the pictures and is very old and out dated. NOT WORH THE MONEY AT ALL. DO NOT BRING CHILDREN HERE IT IS TOO UNSAFE. We also had to put a chair in front of the door to feel more secure. Also almost got stuck in elevator. Overall worst hotel experience ever

Right off the bat, check in was long and was told not paid in full even though I had a receipt & credit card transactions. Finally got room & then it was not checked in correctly & put me as a no-show and they refunded the second night. When arrived back to room was told to come to front desk. After an argument was told I needed to repay for the second night. Not showing it was refunded. Next morning keys were cut off as I was a "no show". After another discussion with the front desk told to come back next morning and pay for their error of my refunded room since I appeared to be a no show. Refund still not showing. Finally just paid again for the second night room and still waiting on my refund to appear on my credit card when it was not my error!! Next was told by "Jam" that is had an indoor HEATED pool which was not HEATED!! Aweful stay!
