FAIRFIELD INN & SUITES AMARILL

Overall good stay. The bathrooms need better ventilation and fans. Back porch sitting area needs some TLC. Breakfast was awesome.

Do not stay here. Horrible experience recently. Reserved a room online after my United flight out of Amarillo was delayed long enough to result in a mossed connection in Denver. Called Casey at the front desk to confirm my reservation. He told me “yes, I see your reservation here.” I pay for an uber to this Fairfield Suites. When I arrive I am then told by Casey, “actually we do not have a room for you. Our system “overbooked” reservations”. This hotel will resell your confirmed reservation to make more $$$ if they can. Do not trust this place. I had to scramble around after 8pm to find a bad hotel room online short notice due to the dishonesty and/or disorganization of Fairfield/Marriot. Had to go on a noght walkabout with my luggage to walk to the other hotel. Terrible experience. For my business and personal trips, I will stick with Hilton and Best Western hotels going forward. Marriot hotels should investigate the business practices of this particular Fairfield Suites hotel location

Rooms were amazing! My family and i were very pleased. Rooms were clean and no noise. Service was great and close to everything. My kids love Buc'ee's.
