Everyone is so great and helpful! Will comeback!

Roach infested, nasty moldy dirty. I stayed here with my husband and my newborn baby for about two months cause I was struggling to find a place and we had paid weekly and somehow they managed to steal $500 from us. We didn’t have a receipt so there was no way to go back and look at things transactions. They ended up taking 500 from us and we still have to pay them another 500 since it wasn’t in the computer system. One of the old workers told my husband that the front desk man has a habit of playing with people’s money and stealing from them so just be careful horrible place.

My husband and I stayed from March 5-8th and were disappointed by the general condition of the hotel. The air conditioning was quite loud, the exhaust fan in the bathroom was also very loud, and I had to wait ages to use the washing machine and dryer as long term guests were monopolizing the washers and dryers. The water faucet in the gym did not work. Also nothing was provided to us to clean our room given there was no room service for the length of our stay. We have stayed in Candlewood suites before in other states but this one was the rather disappointing.
