HAMPTON INN - SUITES AUSTIN CE

For our vacation we chose to stay here and it was a good decision, quiet and pleasant area, restaurants nearby, a mall just 5 minutes away, the rooms were comfortable, the service was attentive, the breakfast was very complete and with options, it is served from 6am to 10am, they have a pool, ample parking, perhaps the only detail is the air conditioning in the hallways, it is really needed.

Hotel is old , employees during daytime are rude and have terrible attitude. Especially the Spanish or looked to be - female working front desk. AC in room is loud, makes excessive noise and not cooling. The TV’s in room are; small. This is a quiet property but is terrible place to stay. Ask front desk clerk for help they acted like I was bothering them by them doing their job, keep making excuses but nothing got taken care of.

This is one of the only sub-par Hamptons. I stayed in a room with my son, and both of our beds were squeaky, but he moved around a good bit and kept me up nearly all night because his bed was SO squeaky. I went downstairs the next day and let the front desk know and told them my typical Hampton experience and I am a member and I expected them to compensate me in some way, but they offered nothing except “ we are sorry”… not use to this at a Hampton and would not recommend this one.
