Motel 6 Big Spring

It was a nice and pleasant stay everything working fine and I enjoyed the stay and friendly stay. Hotel is under remodelling but it's pretty good and they do have the breakfast and huge parking space for car, bus and trucks. Pleasant atmosphere no noise also they allowing pets and non-smoking hotel I like it will stay again

Worst experience ever That front desk is ridiculous The way they handle issues is to deny service! Tv didn’t work ….. a/c didn’t cool….worst maids unplugged the fridge and I had our food in there all went bad ….guess knocking on my door and saying we can’t stay there is how they pay for there errors lol funny when I asked for a reason she refused us our last night it was deer in the headlights look…says I don’t know the owners refused to let Me stay…I never met the owners …. I wish I did trust me!

The Housekeeper was rude!I mean come on if your going to bring your child to work at least watch your kid.The minute my husband found out that it is a sex offender working HERE we left. Unprofessional
