Do not book here. If you book through Booking.com and later need to modify or cancel your reservation, don’t expect any help from this hotel. They claimed that Booking.com never contacted them, but it appears they have not kept their contact information updated with Booking.com. As a result, I was unable to get assistance with my cancelled reservation at all. They still receive money from Booking.com and act like they offer me a free charge cancellation. The front desk staff told me that Booking.com has the owner's contact and that they have no access to those email Booking.com sent to confirm the refund for my reservation, and I contacted them later when their owner is there. I called multiple times, but each time I was told that the owner was out or on vacation. If this hotel is unwilling or unable to manage reservations made through Booking.com, they should stop accepting bookings through the platform or remove their property from it altogether. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience due to the lack of communication and customer support.

Pros: • Staff: The female desk staffer was accommodating, and the housekeeper was very kind. • Security: I appreciated that the property has security cameras visible (assuming they are functional). • Location: Convenient proximity to the local college, which is why I chose it as a rewards member arriving late. Cons: • Cleanliness & Bathroom Condition: The property was utterly disgusting. The housekeeper let me know upfront that towels weren't ready when I arrived (luckily, based on prior reviews, I brought my own bedding and towels). The bathtub was in horrendous condition and desperately needs a full replacement, not just resurfacing. Because of a constantly dripping faucet and visible mold, I didn't even feel comfortable using the shower and had to buy flip-flops from a local store just to walk around. • Front Desk Check-In: The male staffer who checked me in (name sounded like Chalder) remained on a phone call the entire time. It would have been common courtesy to ask the caller to hold for a moment, rather than prioritizing the phone over the guest in front of him. • Room & Amenities: The couch is incredibly outdated. The TV is locked and programmed so you cannot view any channel guide information. • Facilities & Breakfast: The breakfast area was utterly filthy. The lights were flickering constantly, pointing to some sketchy, potentially unsafe wiring issues. • No hot water - the area is experiencing a water crisis so that may have something to do with it. Bring some Yardley towel wipes with you! •Surrounding Area: The location has heavy foot traffic from the local unhoused population. While I know the property can’t entirely control this, it’s worth noting for future travelers. Final Outcome: This property honestly needs a complete demolition. I would gladly pay double the price (up to $100) for a safe, clean space. I slept with one eye open and couldn't even shower. I will not be staying here again.
