First of all, I wouldn't even give them 1 "star" but I could not post without it. We were there only long enough to find other accommodations as this was an unbelievable example of health, safety, and fire risks. It was so bad and so obvious once we were in the room that I truly don't see how they stay in business. We arrived late on a holiday weekend and were struggling to find accomodations and a 3rd party scheduling agency sent us here. I believe the health department will be very interested in the photos I have to share with them.

AC doesn't work. Room smells horribly. Lights over sink turn on & off on their own. Unidentifiable pile of yellow powder on sink. Shaving hair on shower wall. Dried, crusty food on bed sheets. Food crumbs and wrappers on floor around beds. What looks like bed bug feces on mattresses. We left within 30 minutes. Management was rude during check-in and COMPLETELY unreasonable regarding our concerns and our request for a full refund. I can't believe that 3rd party agencies are suggesting this place to anyone. The stuff this hotel is doing to it's customers has to be illegal. We are contacting our credit card company to refute any charges.

I would never stay here. I booked a room here and I was immediately shocked at what I saw. I saw blood stained sheets. soap with pubic hair on it. used towels with stains that were on the shelf for the next person to use. I immediately spoke with Sunny who advised he would not refund me my money back. He advised there was nothing he would be able to do. After covid they just don't care anymore I see. I wish I could upload the videos to see in detail what I saw. Deplorable conditions. Take the name HOTEL off because that is straight deceit.
