Regency Inn Motel by the Beach

Wonderful place Located in great area .. reasonable and Clean with Cold AC , Hot showers and wonderful friendly owners Jay and Krista good parking beach right there along with bars restaurants

This place was horrible and dirty!!!! Thankfully we only stayed 1 night. Listen to all of these reviews and avoid this place at all cost!! It needs to be shut down ASAP!!!! There was a smell which I’m guessing is probably mold, I’m not too sure but it smelled horrible AND no smoke detector in my room. The sheets were dirty, the carpet is dirty, the bathroom was just filthy and the tub didn’t want to drain, ALL of the air conditioners are leaking, WiFi doesn’t even work, the pillows are so flat and the beds are hard. We paid $170 just for garbage but you get what you pay for right. ITS NOT WORTH IT. I wish I had gotten photos but I was so upset that I spent most of my day/night at the beach just to avoid being in the room. I hate confrontation and just by reading the reviews, I was better off not saying anything to the manager and just making a report to the health department.

Honestly disgusting! I have no words changed rooms after finding the bed stained in blood got moved to an other room hoping to be better but it was nasty. The remote was missing the room was dirty and smelled like cigarettes oh and the heater on the air conditioning don’t work, the shower tub cracked & the bathroom door dirty! Did go down to complain all I was told was to basically check out with no refund because they had already moved me to an other room and said that the room I was in was vacant for the past 3 days because there was a drain problem so it should be cleaned… Disgusting & front desk not helpful just rude
