Holiday Inn Express Arlington Interstate 20 Parks Mall

I stayed here during a road trip and had a great experience. The hotel was clean, well organized, and felt very welcoming from the moment I arrived. My room was comfortable, the bed was cozy, and everything I needed was available. The breakfast was fresh and offered enough choices to start the day. I also appreciated how quiet the property was, which made it easy to get a good night's sleep. The staff were courteous and always ready to help with any questions. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations for both comfort and convenience. I would definitely choose to stay here again when I'm back in Arlington.

We read reviews so we stayed here night before our flight home. Checking in we were told no hot water until 5pm. We stayed on top floor away from freeway. We turned on AC then noticed the carpet was soaked around it. Then, the thunderstorms started. The winds and rains slammed the trees against our windows. Was so loud and scary. Those trees need to be cut back! Also the main elevator was not working. Had to walk down to the end of hallway to take the other one.

Clean, could not adjust a/c, lowest a/c would go was 73 F, good breakfast.. had eggs, sausage, turkey sausage biscuits and gravy.. no bacon, good oatmeal. Vent in bathroom was hanging from ceiling almost looked to be falling off.
