Indigo Hotel Downtown Dallas

The answer is NO, we are very sorry. Questions asked: 1. No water in rooms from 9am to 4pm: are you compensating this in any way? 2. May I have a coke, please? 3. Would you a plug adapter I could borrow? 4. Could you please reduce the A/C, clients are leaving your restaurant because it’s freezing? Despite these issues, I am still giving the hotel 3 stars. The location is excellent, rooms are clean and several members of staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, especially Sham, who always had a smile on her face.

The hotel is excellent, very friendly and a comfortable stay, Mrs. Sham specially

Amazing room. Sham at the front desk is literally the best ever.
