La Quinta Inn Uptown

Upon arriving at the hotel, I thought I had paid a lot for what I would receive, and that was the case: the room was dirty and poorly maintained. I have visited other hotels in this same hotel chain, and they had been up to the standard of what they charged per night. In this case, it was not like that; although I paid to check in earlier, they gave me a room that was a disaster. They changed it for me quickly, but although it was tidier, it still was not completely clean and was very poorly maintained regarding wall paint, bathroom fixtures in poor condition, and stained sheets.

Nice location right off N Central Expressway; price is decent. Clean & comfortable rooms. I stayed at this location last year as well, and was satisfied. The road noise can get a little loud at times, since it IS right off the freeway, but it wasn't too unbearable. Just know that it isn't advertised online, but there is a $75 refundable deposit required at the time of check in.
