Mcm Elegante Hotel - Suites

At reservations requested quiet room. Then again when I checked in I reiterated quiet room. So why am I writing this at 1:17 am? The party has been going on and on in the rooms next door and hallway. Finally had enough to call the front desk. Then the recorded message said wait times exceed 10 minutes if you weren’t making a reservation. I am spending my time awake letting everyone know on many websites to forget this property if you want to sleep. We travel a lot and won’t be back

This hotel was poorer than expected with the reviews. The room we got was not good so we asked for another one. In the first room the sink did not drain and the bathtub faucet dripped. The sofa/chair had a stain and the comforter was worn. There was only one lady on the first floor that disappeared when we came back in with our stuff. However the housecleaning staff were very nice. Dolores (I think that is her name) from housekeeping and a man were nice and friendly.

Needed to collect someone from Love Field and this location worked well. Prices near the airport were much higher than i wanted to spend. This hotel looked like it had a reduced price for same day booking. I'll always use this hotel if I can get it at the discounted price. I'm sure it was GRAND when it was brand new, but it is well maintained. Nice room size. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Very quiet, clean, no bugs! And the "breakfast included" was the best I've ever had for "breakfast included". A lovely hostess told us that they will make our plates and bring to the table. She listed all that was available to choose from. I took all they had to offer except the pancakes - 2 eggs over easy (as I had specified) 2 each of bacon, sausage links, biscuits and gravy, and some delicious red potatoes. Additionally, there were bread products if you wanted, a very nice fresh fruit bowl, orange juice/coffee, and cereal were offered. I'll be back again - a great value.
