Motel 6 Dallas Addison

The A/C only had a light mist, the room was HOT!, bugs in the room, tv didn’t work, bathroom wasn’t clean( bathtub)

The poor reviews are more accurate than not. I don’t know who’s recommending this place on the other review sites. But please be careful. The residence that live there go back-and-forth between motel six and red roof Inn. And these are not the nicest people let me say that. Sometimes down right hostile and you know what I’m talking about. If I were visiting from somewhere else, this would not be the place.

Absolutely not!!!! Avoid at all costs. Not only is this place ghetto, the staff are rude and utterly and completely lacking in customer service. It seemed to be a family owned and operated motel and, sorry to say, these people have NO business being in the hospitality industry. My room was so dirty and absolutely crawling with bugs. I’m talking EVERYWHERE! I wouldn’t normally stay at a Motel 6, but I totally forgot it was TX/OU wknd and this was the only place without a jacked up rate and availability. Still not worth it. My TV stopped working the first night and the front desk gave me the option of leaving with a full refund and nothing else. Didn’t offer to fix or replace or any other incentives. In fact, when the maintenance man came to check it the next morning, I moved a bag out of the way and a roach scurried out from under the bag. I *know* he saw it and he acted like nothing happened. That next night was non-stop shouting and banging on doors and fire alarms going off at 3 and 4am because they’re hotboxing the room and it came through my vents. The day after that, I was so tired and just wanted sleep, but the parents (??) who were “housekeeping” banged on my door 4 separate times even though I said No thank you every time. Absolutely ridiculous place and stay. They shouldn’t be running even a cheap budget motel.
