Comfort Suites

The room was clean. That’s the only positive. The air conditioner was very noisy. The coffee machine and the juice machine were both broken. I couldn’t get anything to drink with my breakfast so I had to buy a water. The water dispenser had been put away and I was told it couldn’t come out until 3. The front desk staff in the morning was unfriendly.

No major tv channels which should have been disclosed prior to check in! Sheets are worn out! No elastic on fitted sheet so it wouldn’t stay on the mattress.

No power at hotel 1 hour after check inn. Refused to let me cancel my reservation or offer any type of refund/compensation for the inconvenience. Had to leave and get a different hotel for the night. While I understand that some things are beyond your control, offering half price or extra rewards points would have been a nice gesture. No one at the hotel used any of the amenities (AC, refrigerator, TV, pool, breakfast, electricity). Therefore you weren’t out the entire cost of a hotel stay. Manager also conveniently out of town for the next week.
