Park Central Hotel

We stayed for a week and our stay was amazing !!! Hotel and staff are great!!! Would highly recommend this hotel!!! Entire hotel was immaculately kept!! Close to everything!!! I will definitely be coming back to stay again and I can’t wait for another great experience!!

I stayed here as a budget conscious student traveller for a convention at the Ft. Worth convention center. I expected slim pickings, but this is the definition of a roach motel. Dirty linen, grimy carpet, dusty drawers, creaky beds, boarded ventilation windows, and yes - roaches. On the plus side, the convention center is right across the street and the shower water pressure is terrific.

They advertise free wi-fi, but it doesn't work. My tablet was not able to connect to their wi-fi the whole stay, which was 2 nights. The bathtub faucet would not turn off and ran LOUDLY all the time and they refused to change rooms or grant a discount on the room. The night clerk, who did not have a handicap plate or plackard, parked in the only handicap parking spot avaiable, while we, who do have a handicap plackard, had to park way down away from the door. This hotel has no seating whatsoever on their 2nd floor patio/balcony, no vending machines on any floor and the ice machine was torn out of the 2nd floor leaving exposed p v c pipes with wet, dirty towels on the floor to sop up the leaking water. In addition, the entire hotel has a musty, moldy odor.
