Renaissance Worthington Hotel

Great place! Great location and Great DRINKS.

The hotel was nice as expected, and a great location which I wanted, but what really set it over the top was the customer service! I was confused on my reservation and when I called with questions, Rhonda was so helpful! She took time to understand exactly what I was asking, then made sure the answer I got on the phone was what I got when I arrived. Huge thank you to her!

Very poor customer service experience. My wife and I planned a quick one night stay during my only free weekend for our anniversary. Our child became ill and we had to cancel. I requested a refund (I know that’s not guaranteed) and my message back was “decline”. I messaged back explaining the situation on how it was for our anniversary and how our child became sick last minute and the response I received again was simply “decline”. No effort to offer a solution, no mention of being sorry for the inconvenience, not even a mention of being sorry that our child was sick. Really disappointed in the overall experience. Will certainly not be returning.
