Room experience is excellent the best experience and reception is very nice. The beach front hotel and we cannot find it anything more than that very nice view of Beach and see the cleanliness of rooms are very nice and the guest experience is excellent morning breakfast awesome

I have reported this business to Better Business Bureau and found that they have 2 more claims that have been submitted for the same reason. I have also reported this to the Federal trade commissions, the Wyndham corporate office and now the health department. I will be posting this in review sites as well. deceptive advertising. The ads misrepresent the nature, characteristics, qualities, or geographic origin of goods, services, or commercial activities. unsanitary living conditions that do not match the website advertisements. On the Wingate website, the owner has uploaded pictures of a clean, upgraded room from the past 11 months. The room features clean bedding, including comforters, and has clean walls, baseboards, window frames, and a polished look. There are 30 images of the newly renovated rooms available online. However, this is not the case when you arrive. I paid $287.37 when I stayed in room 327 on 6/6/26 at the Wingate in Galveston 1402 Seawall Blvd, Galveston, TX 77550 Its $15 a night to park Later that evening, we discovered that the floor was excessively dirty, causing the bottoms of our feet to become black after showering. Additionally, we noticed a large hornet’s nest in the corner of our room. For the two full-sized beds, there was only one blanket available, and the pillows were stained. We were in a hurry to get ready for a wedding and returned home at 3 AM. We noticed the hornet’s nest, but we had no idea about the condition of the rest of the room until that morning because we had the curtains closed while getting ready. If I had had the lighting that evening, I would not have stayed there. But at 3 AM, we were so exhausted from the day’s events that getting behind the wheel was not safe for either of us. I have attached the room pictures I took the following morning. There are additional responses on trip adviser and google with pictures of the in side of different rooms. I had requested to speak to the manager in person, but he was unavailable, this seems to be a trend on the reviews as well. I reached out to him via phone and email, and he replied by email, informing me that they value feedback but this is the same response posted on other sites. When I call the number there is no voicemail set up and no way to speak to the manager. I hope this

⚠️ WARNING: STAY AWAY FROM THIS MOTEL! ⚠️ I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others before they waste their hard-earned money on this place. This was by far one of the filthiest and most disgusting motels I have ever stayed in. The moment we walked into the room, we were hit with a strong smell of mold that never went away. The room was dirty, poorly maintained, and completely unacceptable. Here are just some of the issues we experienced: • Black stains on the bed sheets • Moldy, musty odor throughout the room • Sink was clogged • Bathroom door would not close properly • Chewing gum stuck to the walls • Terrible Wi-Fi reception • Dirty breakfast area with food that appeared to have been sitting out for days • No proper blankets, only a thin sheet on the bed We booked a 4-night stay but could only endure 2 nights before checking out early because the conditions were so bad. The smell alone was enough to make us leave. What makes this even worse is that we personally witnessed multiple other families complaining about many of the exact same issues. Clearly, management is aware of these problems and has chosen not to fix them. This property appears to have little regard for cleanliness, guest comfort, or basic maintenance standards. If you value your health, comfort, and money, do yourself a favor and book somewhere else. There are plenty of hotels in the area. This should not be one of your options. You’ve been warned
