General manager was the rudest I’ve ever encountered. No hot water. Room smelled and had to be sprayed.

I recently stayed at the Best Western, and I was thoroughly impressed. When the power went out in my town, stopped by this pet-friendly hotel, and the gentleman at the front desk was incredibly kind. The room was clean and comfortable, especially considering the snowstorm outside. They had water and lights. I appreciated the hot shower and the early check-out. A special shout-out to William I at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. He even made me coffee at 4 am . And to make sure that I drove carefully back home.

My daughter and I visited family for the weekend. We needed a hotel that would take her 8 month old puppy but still met our needs as a clean and nice place. This Best Western did not disappoint. It was clean and smelled nice. Beds were very comfortable. I loved the floors in the room ( no carpet). Very friendly and efficient lady checked us in. Will stay here every time we are in town.
