Comfort Suites Dfw Ngrapevine

This hotel may have been rated as a 3 star hotel, but IMHO, this is a 5 star for me. The value for money, excellent service, in room amenities, and location. Having friendly and understanding front desk staff was a bonus. Fevin was very understanding, very helpful, and polite. Grace @ the dining department has a pleasing personality, she is very helpful and was on top of things, she checked the coffee, hot water, food, juices if they need to be refilled. She made sure the dining was clean. She was also helpful when I wasn't aware that the bagel cutter was right by the bread and bagel box. The hotel is not brand new, doesn't look too old as well but well maintained. Clean hotel, decent price, good location, free parking, free airport shuttle service, fitness room, outdoor pool (weather permitting of course), and spacious rooms. A plus is the Waffle house that is open 24hrs, very walkable from Comfort Suites, its situated right across this suites location.

The hotel is clean but the bed was so uncomfortable. When I did my reservation it was for a king size suite and they did not honor that they gave us a double bed and it was just me and my husband the beds were very uncomfortable and then the chair by the desk was all torn the furniture in the the breakfast area was worn out and torn. They need to update their furniture.

Huge ROACH in the bathroom upon entering our room. Girl behind the desk merely ran out and offered to change our room. We stayed, who's to say other rooms were infested. Upon waking in the morning there was a huge cricket in the bathroom. They definitely grow them big in Texas. The place needs to be fumigation. Service was terrible!
