Holiday Inn Express Hotel and Suites DFW-Grapevine

If there is less than one star, I will definitely give. I had a bad experience with the rude shuttle driver. He is a mean person that has no minimum experience how to deal with passengers. When we asked him to get in the shuttle, he doesn’t even answer. We have been waiting more than 45 minutes with two kids in 110 degree.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful experience at the Holiday Inn Express in Grapevine and would absolutely give them 5 stars! Every staff member I encountered was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained throughout my stay. One of the biggest highlights for me was the complimentary hotel shuttle. I used it multiple times to get around Grapevine for meetings and even for a personal errand, and there was never an additional charge. That convenience alone saved me quite a bit in Uber fees! I made sure to tip my shuttle drivers because they were all so kind and accommodating. A couple of them even gave me a little history lesson about Grapevine along the way, which made the rides that much more enjoyable. Breakfast offered a nice selection each morning. Nothing overly fancy, but everything was good, fresh, and very much appreciated before starting a busy day. Overall, I had a great stay and felt very well taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again if my travels bring me back to the Grapevine area!

Stayed here for 1 night for business. Pros: Friendly staff – lady at front desk during the night was good Comfortable sleep – was not disrupted at all by airport noise Good location – close to DFW airport, and restaurants within walking distance Cons: Room felt a little outdated. Toilet flushed slowly. My profile preference is saved for rooms away from elevator but was given a room right in front of one. Had to go back to front desk and get new room reassigned. Tried utilizing the free shuttle but it takes too long. Called upon landing and was told it would take about 40 minutes for shuttle to arrive.
