Best Western Groesbeck Inn And Suites

The employees were friendly and I was able to check in early. That is the only reason the property got one star. On entering the room it was very obvious that the property was showing its age and a lack of cleanliness. The shower head (picture attached) was disgusting and the water pressure was definitely lacking. The plumbing behind the toilet looked like it was going to fall apart. The coffee pot (picture attached) was dirty- I'm assuming the white is from hard water. I rinsed it out but did not want to attempt using it- especially when paired with--- The water was a huge turnoff- the smell was awful-apparently this happens in Groesbeck-so I guess not the hotel fault. The handle on the faucet was so loose it flopped around. The walls and floors are paper thin, there was a large group of construction? workers staying there, one night I called the front desk to complain as they were loud and yelling. The receptionist called me back after calling them- Instead of agreeing to be quiet, they stated there was a game on and it would be finished soon.

The rooms were super clean, had all the toiletries, wifi was super fast and the TV worked. It was nice, quite and peaceful and the manager was super sweet

The hotel was clean, the staff was courteous and was just a very nice place to stay!! We Enjoyable delish breakfast and the attendant was very sweet, paid close attention to detail and conversed with us. we would definantly stay there again.
