La Copa Inn Harlingen

I'd recommend this hotel if you're looking for an affordable, convenient place to stay. The rooms have recently been updated and are very warm and welcoming. There is complimentary breakfast served in the lobby until 9am, and the hotel is conveniently located nearby Walgreens, a movie theatre, and a wide variety of restaurants. If you are planning on staying here, beware that the front rooms are a little louder as it is located on a busy street, so it may be worth asking to have a room closer to the back in order to sleep more soundly. The owner is super friendly and staff are great. I'd recommend staying here if you're in Harlingen and looking for somewhere affordable and convenient to stay.

The Hotel was under construction. The room was totally disgusting. All the furniture should be in the dump. Roaches in the room were noticed immediately before even unpacking.Even the old pictures on the wall had roaches in them. This is not even comparable to LaCope in South padre Tx. I believe they are owned by compl different people.

This place was so/so. It has been remodeled. But there is certain type of ppl that lurk by. Great location for fast food and movies. Very convenient. The atmosphere needs to change a little. I would recommend for on the budget type of stays.
