Orginal room was on third floor was moved to first floor due to us having an esa. The 106 when I opened door smelt MOLDY AND MUSTY ! I had reserved 2 Queen beds was put in a room with 2 full beds. No cost adjust at this time. The pool area was closed due to maintenance, the reason I rented was for the hot tub(spa) to start with. My knee was sore and swollen so I did ask for a different room due to just needing to get off my leg and elevate it.

front desk help amazing I have an oversized vehicle she even came out and showed me after where to park my truck. rooms were cleaned and amazing felt like I was in a five-star hotel

Excellent hotel and service. A good value. We had a minor issue with the tv, but the front desk operator was superb in responding immediately and successfully. The breakfast options were everything you might need. We would definitely stay here again.
