Americas Best Value Inn & Suites-Houston/Northwest

I have stayed here several times visiting my grandparents in Houston 43, always have a positive stay. Great price $75.00 for a room with living room. Ac is always cold, and parking is front of my door. Breakfast was good.

First impression, location, lobby and Staff helpful. Property is near our trip, and few minutes away from Golf course, allot restaurants 290, Nice confortable and clean room, overall clean property,Breakfast waffle is Texas flag, friendly staff,

The couch was ripped. All the doors had cracks, there were holes in the walls and gnats. They had issueissuea finding my reservation and asked if I was even at the right hotel. I have them the conformation number and got the room. A few hours later the front desk called the room questioning how many people were in the room.. 4 adults 2 kids. Just like the reservation said, they asked if we were partying because they seen a lot of people, they were watching us on camera. Told us if we had extra people they needed to leave. We had no one extra and had to explain who was all in the room 3 or 4 times. That alone ruined my visit.
