Brentwood Inn

Upon checkout, I was pleased to hear that Brentwood Inn will be renovated and reopened as a new chain by the next time I plan to stay there. I am part of a large group that has used this hotel for years due to its proximity to NASA. I would NOT recommend even walking in the doors until the renovation takes place. The hotel felt like a swamp due to its AC unit not working properly in all the common areas I visited. Friends had a room that never got cool. The heat and smell in the hallway leading to our room was the worst I encountered. Luckily, the AC worked in our room but the entire hallway had peeling wallpaper and visible mold on the walls. Since I was in a hurry, I didn't notice the smell at first but later detected that even the chest had a moldy smell. I overheard a guest talking to the maintenance man in the hallway asking to have his AC serviced. The response was "You and everyone else." The problems certainly were not isolated in this hotel. The lumpy beds and pillows that should have been retired long ago left much to be desired. The only thing that I would give 4 stars would be the ladies working at the reception desk. They were very welcoming and helpful.

Our Family really enjoyed our stay at Brentwood Inn! It was the only hotel that had a room for us during spring break but it worked out so well for us. The hotel offered us our tickets to NASA for $10.00 each which was a great savings compared to buying the tickets at NASA. A full breakfast buffet is included in the price of the room. The room was nice and comfortable. The location is great! It is located aross the street from NASA. Dont hesitate to stay here when visting NASA

Hotel is old. Nice pool area. Restraunt is probably the nicest thing in the Hotel. The Rooms are very dated and old furnishings. Staff is very friendly.
