Days Inn and Suites Houston

The AC didn't work after the first night, the room they moved me to also didn't have an AC that didn't work. Dirty hotel, trash everywhere, the parking lot was an actual tow lot where junked cars were being stored. There was a German shepherd on the premises that would follow you from your car. I got moved through 3 separate rooms and somehow each was filthier than the next, the couches had gratuitous stains. I'd like to stress that I am not a picky person and not very particular about cleanliness but this hotel was abysmal and unsafe. The rear doors didn't even lock. When the vending machines have hand written signs that say "cash emptied daily" you know it's not the best place for your family.

Nasty please do not leave the other guest trash on the room and use the parking lot for a wrecking yard with people out side drinking beer.

Pool was permanently closed for YEARS, the staff was very accepting to take my money but the quality of the room was POOR. The most I’ll say is if you’re comfortable with having roaches coming around at random times and having to worry if whether or not your room was throughly clean this may/may not be the best place to reserve your stay. The breakfast wasn’t even out long enough for guests in the morning & it was not enough options.
