The Front Desk and Maintenance teams were great. Upon getting into our room, we found the mini-fridge was not working. They sent Jerome up immediately, and he did a great job! They made us feel welcome and well taken care of.

The stay at double tree galleria always fun end enjoyable for our family. Hotel does very well on responding to all your needs in a very timely manner. When in Houston we stay here.
