HILTON GARDEN INN HOUSTON

Lost my license, wouldn’t allow check in when I had the credit card it was booked with, had a digital ID, I am a Hilton honors member. Manager refused to even discuss it over the phone. Rude and refused to refund the room so it was after midnight with no room and no help from the staff.

I stay in several variations of Hiltons when I travel, but the comfort in this room has been the worst by far. The mattress was either very cheap or very old as it was sunken in on one side and loud. The bed frame was very loud. The air conditioner did not cool the first night, made a call to the front desk and it was colder the second night. Called the front desk to express issues and was told they would be letting manager know of issues and they would get in contact with me……..

With 20-30 people coming down to breakfast and only one person working breakfast, my only options there were less than anywhere else I could have stayed for half the price. Bread fruit coffee and oatmeal were my only options at 7 am
