Knights Inn Houston

This place was so bad we could not even stay for our intended reservation. We had to cancel and rebook at another hotel all together because the conditions were far below bearable. We booked a total of 6 rooms and every room had the same issue. The rooms smelled of cigarettes and mildew. The room sheets were stained and the carpet was moist. There were dead roaches on every corner and on top of the mini fridge and the kicker was that the key cards opened all rooms, and we know this because when we unlocked our assigned room there were people already occupying the room. We figured there was a mistake and used the key card to open the neighboring room and it opened. When we notified the front office they stated they made a mistake and gave us master keys in error. Because this was a work trip and we had expensive equipment we could not take the risk here getting any of our equipment stolen. This place is unsanitary and unsafe and would never recommend to anybody. Also filing a refund claim is pointless because they don’t believe any of the listed above warrants a reasonable excuse for a refund despite checking in and canceling the booking within a 30 minute time span. Wish we had more pictures to show the poor conditions but we were caught off guard by situation and left immediately after cancellation.

Horrible Horrible Horrible I got woken from roaches crawling on me in my sleep I look up at the headboard its like 30 roaches crawling on it .I went to the office to notify them and as for half refund considering the time is 5am he tells me no refund after 10 mins of check in hell I didn't see or feel roaches then . Ill be contacting the health department ASAP

Booked one room for a whole week. and looked forward to a nice stay with swimming pool activities and sunbathing. The swimming pool was closed the entire stay with a chain and padlock for no reason. The weather was nice and the pool had clean and clear water. So no possibility of swimming or sunbathing. there is no breakfast as stated on the website, the hotel or motel was very worn and in poor condition. high criminal activity and every night the police were called out here. not recommended to stay here.
