Quality Inn & Suites

When I arrived they had lights on but within two hours the lights went off they were very unaccommodating to their guest and charge for extra blankets for warmth through the night during the winter storm. The next day those that didn’t have cash to stay an extra day were put out of their rooms and kicked out they didn’t even attempt to accommodate anyone that had credit cards. The toilet in my room was broken and they wouldn’t move me to another room unless I paid an additional room fee. Guest we’re trying to get refunds all night but they refused to give any money back. I walked outside around noon during check out just to see you some sunlight and get outside of the cold building and when I came back in my room was locked ....This was the Worst experience in a hotel I have ever had.
