Red Roof Inn Houston - I-10 West

We stayed for three nights and never received fresh towels. They said they only clean the rooms every fourth day, and if you want clean towels for showering, you have to bring in your dirty ones between 9 am and 2 pm. We came into Houston for an event that lasts all day. We weren't AT the hotel between 9 and 2. I have numerous other small complaints, but the real problem was the towels. We also couldn't get more toilet paper, soap, or shampoo during those three days, but the towels were by far the biggest problem. When we complained, Red Roof sent us a coupon for a discount on a later stay, but I don't know that we'd ever want to stay with them again.

I recommend staying at this hotel if you’re looking for affordable accommodations. Conveniently located and pet friendly. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

We stayed during our relocation to the Houston area. The hotel management team was new. I must say, it was a very pleasant experience. Extremely friendly, they assisted us in our transition with directions, anything we needed. Security, conveniently located, clean, friendly. It was a very pleasant experience.
