Super 8 Houston Hobby Airport I45

The hotel has a great location for those who want to be between Houston and Galveston and close to the Premium Outlets. It's not expensive but it's also not one of the cheapest and I think you get what you pay for. Here is a list of the good and bad of this place: -The parking lot has a strange design and it can be a headache to turn around to get out and there are banquettes that are not easily seen and you could hit your car. - The facilities outside look well maintained and clean. Just some stuff thrown away but nothing serious. Inside, the room looks old and lacking maintenance. The door had some damage, rust on the hydraulic installations, a knock with a small hole in the wall and other details that make the place look ugly. - The staff or manager who touched us is excellent, super friendly, very attentive and always willing to help and asking your need something. -The sheets and bed very clean, no smell and no bugs. - It is directly opposite I-45 and outside the room you hear a lot of noise, especially from trucks or trailers and from the unconscious people who put headers or exhausts to their cars to be noisy, even if they have not modified a screw to their engine, lol =) -Regarding the above, despite the outside noise, inside the room you do not hear the extreme noises of the highway. If they listen but very little and does not prevent sleep. Wall insulation is very good for noise. Never lacked hot water - Good TV and good channels It is a good place to stay about 3 or 4 nights. It's not opulent at all but it delivers very well on what is required.

This was the worst Hotel I've ever been in, In my life dirty, towels dirty, floors dirty, the bathroom didn't lock, wasn't clean I had to go buy cleaning supplies. Don't go there. The management was nasty. I try to switch room. I will never go to another America Best Hotel EVER!!!

room is clean and well kept. both management and staff are very courteous. location was perfect for my reason for coming to Houston, Texas. management and staff very helpful during my stay and even while i was planning my return home.
