Clue one: the person in the lobby is in a cage. They are scared and you should be too Clue two: asked if you want a smoking room. That means there is lots of smoke around. Everything smells bad. Clue three: guys walks up to rear window. Manager hands him key to a room. Woman gets out of car. Their actions make it clear what they are there for. No luggage. Maybe this place rents rooms by the hour. Clue four: you have to drive down an alley to get to this place. It was so bad I just left. Won’t get a refund don’t care. This place was bad.

Please stay away and keep your hard earned money to a five star hotel. management or whomever the Indian guy that answers the phone so unprofessional and rude just hangs up on you while asking a question. I am not being rude , but why do these people come over to America live in this country and we patronize them only to receive rude service. Go back home if you're unhappy here. This hotel is disgusting just from the phone call that i made . Needs to be closed down let's get BBB involved This should by right be a zero rating.

When we arrive there was nobody at the front desk. The room wasn't ready. Dirty sheets, pillow case (stains and someones hair on them), dust on the table (scratched badly), bed not stable, broken shower rode. Brocken plexiglass sticking out on the air conditioner. See my pics. We couldn't use wifi signal was too weak. Also prostitutes hang around there at night.
