HAMPTON INN KILGORE

This is the fastest check-in/check-out in the world! Thank you! Breakfast good with everything you need and even waffles to make yourself. However not much for gluten-free people and they do not respond to requests sent by message before. The staff is efficient. This is a good hotel to take a break if you are not too bothered by the very present road noise.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel, going to and back from our trip. We also stayed here last year on our same trip. Both times ALL the ice machines were out of order. We were told that they have never been fixed the last two years. The second problem is NO air conditioning in the lobby or in the breakfast area or front office and none in laundry room. We had to take our food back to the room to eat. This hotel is in Texas and it is really HOT. Guests AND employees should not have to be subjected to this. There are a LOT of other places to stay in Kilgore Tx. Hampton should NOT have their name on this establishment

We are regular Hampton Inn travelers and have to say thar this was the worst we have stayed at. Broken elevator, NONE of the ice machines worked, no air conditioning in the main/breakfast area, cockroaches, smoky smell. The front desk person told us that many things are broken and they just don't fix or replace them. So disappointing.
