A/C did not work! Reported it only response I received is" we made a note" No credit or discount or refund. This is Texas it's hot and not sleeping because the room is hot is not acceptable. Family wedding so we booked a LOT of rooms. A/C problems or that the a/c was very noisy was the number 1 complaint, other than low and no hot water.

By far the best property in town. A little dated but staff was ultra friendly and helpful and the property is clean and well situated for easy access to the town. Some restaurants within walking distance and more within a short drive. Would definitely recommend this one while staying in Levelland.

I stayed at best Western with my son's. We loved our stay and really enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the hot breakfast.
