Residence Inn Lubbock

I booked our hotel 5 months ago. They called me two days before my event and cancel my room. Blaming the third party app. Do not stay here.

i left two extremely important necklaces, they have no money value but extreme sentimental value one of them my friend gave and he passed away earlier this year. i know exactly where i left them and everytime i called they somehow didn’t have them. the maid stole my necklaces bc there is absolutely no way they just disappear. and if she didn’t they clean the rooms so terrible she couldn’t see 2 things. i am extremely upset and filing a police report but do not stay here. i’ve had better service from a monkey.

This is the filthiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The floors were covered in hair and dirt. The shower did not work. The room has French doors that lead to the outside that appear to have been force-ably broken Into in the past and now only have a small latch as security. The hotel refused to give a refund because we booked on @hotwire who refused a refund because they said the hotel would not authorize it. Beware og this @studio6 location and beware of booking on @hotwire, as they do not provide any assistance or back up their online descriptions of hotels listed on their site.
